Repairs and Servicing

Being located in the UK has the advantage of allowing us to source superior machines but makes the business of minor repairs and servicing uneconomic for our many America-based customers.

To correct this we are currently assessing a number of US dealer/engineers in the hope that we can appoint one or more as Repair/Service agents in America.

When the appointments are made you may be sure that we have thoroughly inspected their work and are confident they will provide the same level of service as our European customers have come to appreciate.

Announcements will be made in the various sewing and sewing machine digests and to all on our regular Featherweight mailing list
