You are paying a fair market price for your machine and for that you have every right to expect a fair deal. I personally guarantee that should you not be satisfied with the machine you buy, I will refund the full price.

All machines are thoroughly serviced, adjusted and given the all-important electrical safety check and then sew tested before leaving my workshop

What you see is what you get. All machines pictured are the actual models offered for sale.

The prices quoted include shipping and special comprehensive insurance which put the onus on me in the unlikely event of a package being lost (hasn't happened yet). You get paid out at once – I deal with the insurance company, not dump the responsibility on you as seems standard with most shipping arrangements.

The motor is the only part of a Featherweight likely to suffer deterioration and our rebuilt units, re-manufactured to original standards, carry an additional one year guarantee.
